On 16 October 2026, LLC IQUSION IT presented updated human resource management systems for businesses and public-sector organisations at IQusion Days. The main developments concern artificial intelligence in recruitment, skills analysis and employee feedback. 01
The capabilities shown extend beyond personnel record keeping. They help HR teams process information about candidates and employees, plan professional development and understand workforce needs.
Supporting recruiters with candidate information
One area of development is the processing of applications and CVs. AI tools help organise information, compare candidates’ experience with job requirements and prepare material for further review.
This can reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and give HR specialists more opportunity to talk with people. Personnel decisions remain under the control of authorised employees: automated recommendations support their work.
Skills analysis and training plans
Another part of the presentation covered employee competencies. Large organisations need to compare existing skills with role requirements, identify training needs and develop a pool of employees for future responsibilities.
Intelligent functions can speed up the analysis of workforce information and the preparation of professional-development recommendations. This helps HR teams identify skills gaps and plan relevant learning activities.
Employee surveys as conversations with AI agents
The demonstrations included conversational employee surveys. An employee interacts with a digital assistant that asks questions, clarifies responses and maintains a dialogue in natural language.
This format gives people room to explain their views in more detail than a fixed-choice questionnaire. Potential applications include collecting suggestions, assessing the working environment, exploring employee satisfaction and identifying organisational problems.
Confidentiality, transparent rules for processing personal data and a clear explanation of how the employer will use the results remain essential conditions.
Connecting HR processes to the wider organisation
The tools presented are relevant to organisations with large workforces, complex structures and substantial volumes of personnel data. Automating individual operations can reduce administrative workloads and help managers obtain current information.
In the public sector, procedural transparency and connections between HR workflows, document management and the wider management system are also important. In this model, AI supports specialists in their work with people by taking on part of the information-processing workload.
