IQusion demonstrates AI integration in Scriptum business processes

At IQusion Days, LLC IQUSION IT presented new Scriptum capabilities for using artificial intelligence within enterprise business processes. Software Ukraine’s report dated 13 October describes AI integration at specific stages of work, including information analysis, document processing and the preparation of recommendations. 01

The central idea was to introduce intelligent functions into a managed process with clear rules and responsibilities. Organisations can automate selected operations while retaining their established approval procedures for important decisions.

AI at defined stages of a process

BPM systems establish task routes, deadlines and interactions between departments. The approach demonstrated extends these capabilities with tools that handle unstructured information within an existing sequence of actions.

When a document arrives, for example, AI can interpret its content, classify the enquiry, extract key details and suggest an appropriate assignee. Approval of the document, signing a contract or authorising a payment remains the responsibility of an authorised employee.

The same model can be applied to procurement, HR procedures, customer service, contract management and internal document workflows.

What a pilot process can measure

Practical tasks for intelligent tools include producing summaries, identifying inconsistencies, categorising enquiries and recommending next steps. These functions can reduce manual data entry and the time spent on recurring operations.

Introducing AI at a specific stage also makes it possible to evaluate the result through concrete measures:

  • the time required to process an enquiry or document;
  • the number of corrections following automated analysis;
  • the workload on employees;
  • the cost of completing an operation.

These observations give an organisation a basis for extending automation gradually and adjusting scenarios that do not deliver the expected result.

Defined permissions and accountability

The presentation also addressed the risks of granting AI agents excessive authority. An analytical error has different consequences depending on whether the system only prepares a recommendation or can also modify records, delete documents or initiate financial transactions.

An agent’s functions therefore need clear boundaries. Critical actions pass through review and approval, while access to information is determined by the task. This separation helps organisations retain control over the legal, financial and management consequences of automated processes.

Gradual adoption in Scriptum

The model presented allows teams to start with information retrieval, document analysis or draft decisions. More complex scenarios can follow once system behaviour and the rules for working with employees have been assessed.

IQusion connects responsible AI adoption with formalised processes, controlled access and human oversight. The presentation formed part of IQusion Days, the company’s recurring October programme dedicated to software product updates. This article is adapted from Software Ukraine.
