Oracle Named a Leader in Cloud HCM Suites by Independent Research Firm
Oracle Cloud HCM scored highest in current offering category and achieved highest possible score in customer experience criterion
Oracle today announced that it has been recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Research, Inc. May 2020 report, The Forrester Wave™ for Cloud Human Capital Management Suites, Q2 2020. The report evaluated 11 vendors based on 30 criteria, including current offering, strategy and market presence.
Of the 11 cloud HCM suite providers recognized, Oracle Cloud HCM was one of four Leaders and scored highest in the current offering category. Oracle Cloud HCM also received the highest possible score in the customer experience criterion and the highest score in the market presence category.
According to the report, “Oracle Cloud HCM proves that long-term strategies and leadership pay off. […] Following more than a decade of sustained development, which included major investments in user experience design and the acquisition of Taleo (2012), Oracle Cloud HCM now provides a comprehensive, sophisticated HCM suite.” The report also notes, “We expect to see Oracle continue to increase the depth of functionality in recruiting, HR service delivery, and digital assistant use cases.”
